Working in encaustic,

presents works that deeply investigate all the permutations of the
material while exploring and expanding the possibilities of abstract
mark-making in contemporary painting.
Recent work has
explored a process-based approach to system painting that is now leading
her to a study of the relationship between painting and music composition.
She will explore this connection as a candidate in the Masters of
Visual Studies Program at University of Toronto beginning Fall 2007.
